If you have a request which is urgent after 5pm, please telephone the surgery. Otherwise, please submit your request on the next working day via AskMyGP when the service is open - thank you.

We aim to respond the same day - Please be aware that we will try to call you back twice and if you do not answer the second call, we will close the request and you will need to re-submit.

If you need to request a repeat prescription, please always use SystmOnline/Airmid / NHS App for this instead as you can access this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please allow 72 hours for the processing of repeat prescriptions.
